🛠️ Step-by-Step Setup via Trezor.io/Start
Setting up is easy and takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps:
- 🔌 Connect your device to your computer via USB
- 🌐 Visit https://trezor.io/start
- 📥 Download and install the Trezor Suite (desktop app)
- 🖱️ Launch Trezor Suite and click “Create new wallet”
- 🔐 Follow instructions to set a secure PIN
- 🧾 Write down your 12/24-word recovery phrase offline
✍️ Recovery Phrase = Master Key
Store it in a fireproof safe. Don’t save it on your phone or computer. Your entire crypto depends on this backup.
🔐 PIN Code Protection
Your PIN is your first line of defense. Choose a 4–6 digit number that’s hard to guess but easy to remember.

- 🚫 Don’t write your PIN on or near your device
- 🧠 Memorize it or use a secure password manager (offline only)
🔁 Backups & Recovery
If your Trezor device is lost, stolen, or damaged — don’t panic! Your 12/24-word seed phrase allows you to recover your entire wallet on another device.
- Buy a new Trezor
- Choose “Recover wallet” during setup
- Enter your recovery phrase using the device screen (never your keyboard)
- Access your coins securely again!
💰 Receiving Crypto
To receive crypto securely:
- Click “Receive” in Trezor Suite
- Select the asset/account (e.g. Bitcoin)
- Verify the address on the Trezor device screen
- Copy and share that address with the sender

📤 Sending Crypto

- Set your transaction fee (economy, normal, fast)
